- High Income foreigners that are not married to Thai’s (that have that much net worth) would never consider living in Thailand.
- Foreigners that are married to Thai’s realize it is very simple and convenient to keep the land ownership in their wives’ name.
- This scheme will never amount to land speculation.
- Thailand continues to mis-understand who the bulk of the expats are and their financial limitations. It is widely posted the majority of expats leave the bulk of their money in their home countries and only transfer as needed.
