Out of nowhere, the 2026 Songkran Holiday has kicked off in my village!
Last night a GMM Grammy music bus rolled into the market and the Songkran party was started.
The fire department showed up to hose down all the reveler’s with water.
Young and old alike, it was time to party.
Beer was flowing, plenty of food was on offer for sale and everyone finally had a chance to celebrate.
Tonight is another main concert across the market at the Buddhist Temple.
Even with the temperature expected around 105f today, we are hoping for a happy day of water splashing and good food.
