The rainy season has descended on Thailand.
There is a reason it is called monsoon rain.
The streets can become inundated with water in only a hour!
Depending where you are, traffic can come to a crawl.
Getting around takes longer.
Some taxi drivers may refuse to take you on certain routes that have a buildup of water.
It can rain as much as 4″ to 7″ inches in a couple of hours.
It is part of life here during the rainy season.
It is no reason to get upset.
If YOU made holiday plans during monsoon season, understand the monsoon rains and deal with it.
Bitching about the rain will only make things worse!
Go with the flow, it won’t last forever and sooner or later the water will drain away.
Use you common sense when driving and walking on flooded streets.
