Bangkok is littered with super high end shopping malls.
Aside of the food courts, who actually shops there?
I personally find these malls much more expensive than in the west and never shop there.
Working class Thai’s cannot afford to shop there?
Are there enough Chinese, Japanese and Korean tourists to support 10+ large high end malls in once city?
The malls never seem to have enough customers to stay in business but they always do.
A true miracle of Thai business.
Any it seems every year they build a new one.
