At the heart of every rural Isaan village, is a rural outdoor market.
This is where the villager’s come everyday to sell their fresh fruits, vegetables and other prepared foods.

Costs are much less than you could ever find in a store in Thailand.
Some markets, like ours, opens around midnight and it is a bustle of activity until the market winds down at 8 AM.
Whether you need a coffee, snacks, cooked food or anything else, you can find someone selling it at the local market.
The local market provides the only avenue for income for many people in the village.
Local markets become a way of life for expats living in rural villages.
