Currently looking for some more land in rural Isaan and the prices are as high as ever.
On the very cheap end around 100,000+ thb per rai (2.5 rai = 1 US acre).
More realistically in the 200,000 to 300,000+thb per rai price range.
This is not premium land either but generally has been used for farming.
Any large plots 10 rai or more will be farm land.
Most of these plots will be out a ways from the center of town.
Other issues include whether their is road access, electric nearby and water.
All things which can drive your cost should you want to build there.
