Is a society dangerous when it’s citizens has no fear of the law?
I think most people are afraid of going to prison, because they are smart enough and have seen the conditions in Thai prison’s.
Yet so many Thai people and foreigners commit crimes on a daily basis, with all disregard for the law.
Thailand is not the place to get arrested as prison conditions are extremely harsh.
Yet, even these harsh conditions are no deterrent to stop people from committing crimes.
The logic and common sense of thinking they will not get caught gets tossed out the window.
Thai police are extremely good at catching criminals.
Crime is published daily across all the news and social media, yet each day, more stories of more people getting arrested for the stupidest reasons.
It is true that crime does not pay.
It is too late to learn that lesson when you have been arrested and you are on your way to incarceration in a Thai prison.
