Many will say, the meat is cooked well to kill off any bad bacteria, however, I am always skeptical of buying meat left out in the open all day like this.

When the nearest store is 40+km away, this is the only choice for many people in the village.
It is just really hard to get use to this idea, however locals have been buying meat this way their entire lives.
