You must protect yourself if you have to be outside.
SPF 50, wide brimmed hat, loose clothing, sunglasses and plenty of hydration.
It is not just water either, you need to replace the lost electrolytes with something like Gatorade or other liquids with electrolytes.
I can tell you this heat will physically beat you down.
You should not be doing any labor or exercise outside.
Rural Isaan people are still manually cutting sugarcane in this heat and doing construction work all day. Just unbearable work conditions but they continue to work.
If you are not use weather this hot, take heed that serious health problems can occur.
