PRO’S
Low fresh fruit and food cost.
Low cost of living – housing + utilities.
No political or religious strife’s.
No wokeness.
Safe.
Foreign currency (US$ Dollars) goes a long ways.
No mass corporate expansion.
Availability of western foods in Tesco.
Friendly people.
Technology is behind the times, meaning AI will not have an impact on rural Isaan.
No traffic.
No stress.
CON’S
Higher medical insurance
Getting to a hospital in time (distance from hospital)
Isaan language.
Limited job opportunities.
Sub-par schooling.
Climate – over the years it could get even hotter and dryer.
Any possible VISA regulation changes/requirements.
