Koh Chang is a very laid back island. Easy to get around and lots of cheap places to live or stay. One drawback is you have to take a ferry to get the island from the mainlaind.
Khlong Phlu has some of the cleanest and enjoyable water in all of Thailand. Once you hike to the falls, you are ready for a dip. Awesome place to swim!
