Then surprise? Rules change, laws change, income streams up and then what?
I have never seen such a bunch of educated expats think they know it all when sooner or later they fail right in front of you and broadcast it on Youtube.
These expats thinking Youtube will sustain them for 40 years are crazy. Even crazier is the 10,000’s of subscribers following along believing every word.
If you come to Thailand under-funded following along, you deserve a hard landing back to your mother and father’s basement in your own country.
