We provide flight reservations and hotel reservations for visa applications. This service is made for travellers applying for visas that require submitting confirmed flight and hotel reservations. The majority of consulates & embassies accept flight reservations.
I need a flight reservation for a visa, is this what I need?
If you are required to present a flight reservation for your visa application, then this service is what you need.
Does this service apply to any kind of visa application?
Yes it works for the vast majority of visa applications. Anyone who needs to apply for a visa of any kind can use this service to book their flights and hotels reservation. You can use it to obtain a Schengen visa, a US visa, a Japanese visa, a Chinese visa, a UK visa, and so on. However, we recommend that you confirm with the consulate or embassy because some may require a fully booked and paid ticket, which we do not provide.
I need a flight reservation at the airport, is this what I need?
If you are required to present a flight reservation at the airport, then this service is what you need. Our flight reservations come with a PNR under your name that can be checked on the airline’s website. So this is usually enough. But if you are required to present a purchased flight ticket with an e-ticket number our flight reservation won’t be accepted.
Do you provide an e-ticket?
No. An e-ticket number is not included in a reservation. If you require an e-ticket number, you will need to buy the full ticket.
If I choose the option “buy now, receive later”, when will I receive my ticket ?
When you choose this option, you will receive an email right after the order with a link. You can then just click on that link to activate your ticket any time you want. Your order will be then valid for 48h from that moment. Note: the link is valid until 5 days before the departure date of the itinerary you requested with us.
What is a flight reservation?
A flight reservation (also named flight itinerary or onward ticket) is a document with detailed information about your flight. Such as flight name, departure/arrival timings along with dates, flight code, departure/arrival airport IATA codes and the flight reservation numbers. It also contains a unique PNR code.
What is a PNR number?
PNR number is an electronic detail consisting of 6 numbers and letters given after booking a flight. PNR is the abbreviation of “Passenger Name Record” and it is also used as a booking number.

How can I check the PNR number?
All our reservations come with a valid PNR number. You can check your PNR on CheckMyTrip or/and the airline company’s website.
Does your service work for any nationality?
Yes. It works for everyone worldwide, no matter where you are from.
How does the service work?
- Go to the booking form here
- Enter the itinerary and date you need for your reservation (departing city, arrival city, departure dates) and/or hotels (City, check-in and check out dates)
- Following payment, you will be able to download your reservation as a PDF. This reservation can be used for your travel needs. Depending on the option you select, the reservation will be valid for 48 hours.
- After your visa has been approved, you may purchase your ticket from us or from any other service.
How long does it take to receive my reservation?
Following payment, your order will be processed automatically, and you will be able to download your ticket immediately. A copy of your flight reservation will also be emailed to you. If you selected the “receive later” option, you will receive an email with an activation link immediately after payment. When you activate your ticket is entirely up to you.
How long are the reservations valid for?
Our flight reservation are valid for 48h. However, it is possible that those reservations will be automatically canceled by the airline for a variety of reasons (overbooking, flight cancellation, covid situation, date of departure too close, etc.). Not to worry, if such an issue arises, we can immediately recreate it. The embassy will not deny you a visa because of this. They will ask you to resubmit your reservation. Hotel vouchers are valid for approximately 14 days.
Can I extend the validity of my ticket?
We can only guarantee 48h validity.
When should I book my ticket?
You can book and pay for your ticket whenever you want, and choose the option “Buy now, receive later” to activate it whenever you want. Your ticket will be valid for 48 hours from that moment.
Can I add other passengers on the same order?
Yes. You can add up to 5 passengers on the same order during the booking process. If you require more than this, you will have place two orders.
Is it possible to book a reservation for a multi-city flight?
At the moment we only offer the return option. If you need multi-city flight, you will have to place place multiple orders.
Can I choose the stopover location?
Yes. During the booking process, select “Special Request” and enter your comment. This is not a guaranteed option. Please keep in mind that selecting this option will force the order to be processed manually, which could take up to 8 hours to be delivered to you.
Can I choose the airline company?

I have a baby, should I add it to my reservation?
Yes. Simply add another passenger.
Can I modify my order?
No, our website makes the reservation instantly. So after your order nothing can be changed. If you require any changes you will need to make a new booking.
I can’t find my reservation on the airline’s website
Sometimes the airline companies add a second PNR number. If you can’t find your reservation on the airline’s website, just go on CheckMyTrip to retrieve the second PNR number. With this number, you should be able to find your reservation on the airline’s website.
Can I cancel my reservation and get a refund?
After a reservation is made and sent, it’s not possible to cancel it and receive a refund.
Is the cost of the flight displayed on the ticket?
No cost information is displayed on our flight reservation.
Do I have to cancel the reservation?
No. We cancel the reservation automatically. You don’t need to do anything.
Is it possible to buy the actual ticket?
Yes. When we send your flight reservation, you have the option to request the price of the ticket and buy it from us.
