They are not cheap at all.
Budgets ranging from US $1,000+ plus per week to be able to explore Thailand’s attractions.
Lugging around a 50 pound backpack and staying in hostels is not my idea of the best way to experience Thailand. It is simply too hot and humid to carry such a load everywhere you go.
To stay in hotels and resorts and see the sights, you have to pay for them.
The costs in ALL of these areas are much higher than the rest of Thailand.
