Gaeng Som

This sour and fish curry is a signature dish of southern Thailand, a soup so full of flavor that will wake up all your senses. The base is made of fish combined with curry paste and turmeric, which gives the dish its characteristic yellow color. It is usually cooked with bamboo shoots, green papaya, or pieces of pineapple.
