The Doctor plead guilty and received a judgement of a suspended 2 year sentence and a fine.
The Doctor was ordered to pay damages of 1,500,000 THB to the first victim that died and 2,000,000 THB to the second victim that died.
The 2 injured received 200,000 THB each.
