Now that Covid restrictions have been lifted, Thai tourism is making a come-back to normal.
During the high season, many of the favorite tourist spots like Kata Beach in Phuket, become ridiculously crowded.
Not only people on the beach, the traffic gets insane as well.
Along with all the tourists comes an increase in prices across the board.
Hotels, restaurants, you name it all have a sharp price increase.
If you are looking for a quiet getaway to the Islands, the High Season is probably not for you.
