We haven’t had a water bill over $2 a month so far this year.
However, there are some caveats to that.
The village only turns the water on for a couple of hours, a couple times a week.
The rest of the time you have no running water.
What makes things worse, is the water supply never seems to stick to a regular schedule.
When you chose to live in a rural village, these are some of the things you will have to learn to adopt to.
When you do have water, filling up 55 gallon containers is the norm, to get you through the times when there is no water.
You can adopt, everyone here does.
