It seems there are a lot of stories in the news lately concerning Russian’s bringing their thuggish behaviors to Thailand.
I am not sure how so many Russian males have escaped military service in The Ukraine War and ended up in Phuket, Thailand but it is evident they are causing more problems than good.
Any traveler to Phuket should be advised of this bad behavior and steer clear.
Recently, many were arrested for started illegally companies and taking jobs reserved for Thais.
Lack of income will force an uptick in crime, so be cautious.
