The canals have run over in Rangsit, all the way from Klong 1 to past Klong 12 in an eery resemblance to the great flood of 2011.
Broken flood pumps are being attributed to some of the cause.
Once has to wonder if NO lessons were learned from 2011 and how the district is so unprepared in 2022?
