A Lot to See and Do

There is a lot to see and do in Thailand.

For the first time tourists, there are so many things to see and do, it might seem overwhelming at first.

A tourist cannot possibly see the entire country, unless perhaps they had a 3 month or longer holiday.

That being said, managing your holiday time is most important.

There is a ton of information on social media, Youtube and other websites. Research carefully how people plan and get around.

First, you should spend an ample amount of researching to find the places you really want to see during the time allotted for your holiday.

Once you get this list narrowed down, you can plan how many days you want to stay in each location.

PS DO NOT FORGET to add in travel times between destinations.

Is this going to be your first and only trip to Thailand or will there be repeat trips in the future?

If you plan on making repeat trips, it is best to plan your holiday with the least amount of travel between destinations.

This trip may be seeing Phuket, Krabi and all the islands.

The next trip might be seeing the north, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Pai, Mae Son.

Maybe a third trip to Bangkok, Chinatown, Pattaya and Kanchanaburi.

Although you may want to see and do as much as possible, you should have a goal to enjoy yourself and relax. Minimizing travel between destinations will do just that.

There is so much to see and do in Thailand, it really comes down to some serious planning with the time you allotted for your holiday.

Internal travel in Thailand can be very stressful and time consuming.

You can fill up 2 weeks worth of holiday without having to spend time traveling far between destinations.

Planning to visit Phuket or Krabi, then trying to get to Chiang Mai, will waste precious holiday time.

A fun fact? There are over 41,000 temples in Thailand.

Between temples and tourist destinations, there is more to see and do than you could ever imagine.

Plan your holiday so that you can enjoy, relax and take in the sights and sounds of Thailand.

Minimize travel between long destinations.

Save those places for repeat trips!
