Cheese is very expensive for as little as 8 slices.
It is cheap to eat in Thailand if you eat NOTHING but Thai street food.
However, if you want to continue eating the foods you love in the west, be prepared to pay outrageous prices for them.
Thailand is only cheap if you can live exactly like a Thai person does.
If you need western food and western luxuries, it is going to cost you way more to live than you expect.
Any budgets when moving to Thailand should take these prices into consideration.
