If you see flooded streets, do not do this!
It is not safe to drive through the flood waters as there can be all kinds of debris, potholes and other hazards.
One foreigner, probably on a rented scooter, while the other 20+ Thai’s just stand there watching the stupidity.
Thailand is not the place to do stupid and unsafe things.
Don’t be that guy or you may learn a very expensive lesson.
