People coming to Thailand asking advice have no idea if the advice they are receiving is good or bad, yet they trust it like the Pope.

Social Media fuels fake news unchecked as Youtubers and other influencers that post for clicks, rarely verify if their stories are correct or not.

Thailand’s Ministry of Digital Economy and Society has warned the public about false claims time and time again. Many tourist will learn the hard way.

Tourist make it worse on themselves when they book a holiday to Thailand and then ask complete strangers on social media what they should see and do, and where they should stay.
