When you choose to move and live in Thailand, your health is one of the most important things to look after. As people age, it becomes more and more important.
What I see from a lot of retired expats, is excessive drinking and eating with zero exercise.
There is a ton of obese expats living in Thailand.
As you age, what you eat becomes most important to your health.
High sugar, salt, fat, and cholesterol foods can be very dangerous as you age.
What you think is healthy (Thai Street Food) is not, sorry.
Excessive drinking is not healthy.
Not understanding carbs or caloric counts.
You might be amazed what it actually takes to stay healthy in your 60’s and 70’s.
It is not impossible, you just have to be disciplined and want to live a long time.
If you eat and drink whatever you want, sooner than later, this will catch up with you.
Better hope you have good health insurance!
