In the 2024 Expat Insider Survey conducted by InterNations from 1 to 29 February 2024, Panama and Mexico secured the #1 and #2 spots.
Indonesia secured the #3 spot as one of the top countries for expatriates to live abroad.
Thailand followed at #6, with Vietnam at #8, and the Philippines also making it into the top 10.
The survey ranks countries based on various aspects important to expatriates, including Quality of Life, Ease of Settling In, Working Abroad, Personal Finance, and Expat Essentials.
I am sure many that live in Thailand would say that Thailand is #1, however, Thailand does have issues.
