Why did you choose to move to Thailand?
There must have been some things that attracted you to wanting to move to Thailand?
The weather?
Cost of Living?
Beaches/Islands?
Temples?
Everyone that has moved to Thailand had their own reasons why they wanted to live in Thailand versus their own home countries.
However, many foreigners move to Thailand and try to make it the same as their home countries.
If you wanted to move to Thailand and make here like your home country, why did you move in the first place?
Some foreigners move here and need a giant western house.
The need to eat steak, burgers and pizza everyday.
Need to hang out at western bars and converse with others from their home countries.
Sounds an awful lot like what they left?
Maybe it isn’t Thailand, Thai culture or anything Thai.
Maybe, just maybe, it is the cost of living and the weather?
The same exact lifestyle they left with nicer weather and lower cost?
All foreigners have a choice how they want to live here and there is nothing wrong with that.
You can’t change the Thai laws, you can’t change the Thai culture, you can’t change the Thai language.
You can however, live anyway you want.
That is what makes Thailand unique.
