Public Health Minister Somsak Thepsutin said on Wednesday a survey of about 100,000 people found most respondents wanted the recriminalisation of cannabis, and he would follow through with that.
10,000’s of cannabis shops have opened all over Thailand and these folks stand to lose 100% of their businesses.
Prior to making cannabis legal, Thailand had very strict jail terms for getting caught.
If cannabis is recriminalized, let’s hope people that are smoking it now stop and understand the severity of getting caught.
