With all the heavy rains this month, the local water reservoir has been overgrown with some type of aquatic weeds?
The weeds are so bad, 100% of the entire reservoir has been covered.
This seems to be affecting the water quality, as village water is now brownish and dirty.
The village has tried many things to get rid of the weeds, including using a large excavator, none of which are working.
When this is the only water supply, it can cause issues for the entire village.
