This is currently the extent of our kitchen.
We do not really cook anything, due to the easy of getting foods already cooked at the market.
We are able to bake in the oven or warm things up with the microwave and air fryer.
Rice cooker is a must for Thai people.
Large fridge helps if you like cold drinks and lots of them.
Many here is rural isaan cook on fire outside of the house.
Currently we are not doing any of that.
It is about making due and finding solutions that work for you.
We are lucky we can afford these appliances as many here cannot.
Life in rural Isaan, even for expats, it is a chore to find anything other than local Thai food.
For us the journey to Makro is 90 KM and to Tesco is around 45Km, so not just like running to the store in the US.
We find solutions, that is very important.
