Trouble Sleeping?

If you have trouble sleeping, you might want to try Soursop Tea before bedtime.

I am not talking about the artificial, packaged Soursop tea.

Take 2 fresh leaves from a live Soursop tree and boil in water for 10 minutes.

Use enough water for 2 cups of tea, per every 2 leaves.

Drink before bedtime.
